Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your TRYGROVE purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, email us at support@trygrove.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@trygrove.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Intimates, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email support@trygrove.shop with your order number and the details of the item you'd like instead. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
