Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TRYGROVE. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders, regardless of order size or destination within the United States.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping transit time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Possible Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods such as holidays, or customs processing. TRYGROVE is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. TRYGROVE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@trygrove.shop. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
